As we have seen with the Emergency Rental Assistance Programs across the nation, major failures of the programs have occurred. New York State has many applications that are still pending with no determination of eligibility. We share with our viewers where the ERAP program is going or not going in the present and future.
We ask that you share this video and these arguments that we make with your elected Representatives and tell them that these Courts should NO longer speak of or endorse or encourage tenants to complete the application due to the information shared in our video. The NYS government as well as the NYS Judiciary MUST be held accountable for their decisions that are severely harming landlords and the health of Real Estate in America!!!
