The 5-speed manual Ford BC box with standard 220mm clutch is light, precise and a joy to use having just had a complete strip and rebuild with all new bearings and seals.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The light alloy 6X15 RS wheels have been subject to refurbishment in the correct Stardust Silver and are pristine. Premium matching Dunlop SP Sport 2000 195/50 R15 tyres are fitted all round showing plenty of tread and the spare wheel wears the original Dunlop SP Sport D40 tyre. This ‘hot hatchback’ slows as well as it goes with the ABS braking system designed in conjunction with Lucas Girling working perfectly.
