My name is Alesya. I am a circus performer in the genre of equilibrium-contortion. Since childhood Circus and its atmosphere have become my love forever! I like to perform so much, it gives me great pleasure and joy! And I’m glad to share these emotions with you, my dear friends.
On this channel you will see my home contortion training aimed at developing flexibility, contortion routines to maintain flexibility, paired acrobatics workouts, yoga workouts. You will also see stretching exercises for beginners which will make you more flexible. Flexibility trainings. Fitness exercises. Contortion performances. Rehearsals for my contortion numbers.
